intermediate/advanced class is for students with at least one year of steady yoga practice. A challenging and creative vinyasa class with emphasis on even breath count to calm the chattering mind. It’s economic, minimalist and truly rigorous—think the Hemingway of yoga. Each class includes surya namaskar, standing poses, seated forward bends, backbends and inversions.

one hour, ten minute in/adv is a streamlined version of our 1.5 hour classes. Condensed to contain all elements of longer classes—surya namaskar, standing poses, seated poses, backbends, inversions—this class is for students with super busy lives who have at least one year of steady practice.

basics is a small, intimate class where postures are introduced and explored in a slow vinyasa format. emphasis is placed on correct alignment and form, and on the foundation of a vinyasa practice - how to breathe and how breathing can help cultivate ease and grace in your practice. It is suitable for complete beginners as well as intermediate/advanced students.

led ashtanga full primary series (advanced level)is a class for advanced students. students should have at least six months of experience in the intermediate/advance class before taking this rigorous class. students are led through the entire primary series according to the methods of ashtanga master sri k. pattabhi jois. mysore ashtanga is a set sequence of postures practiced in a quiet room with personal attention from the teacher. for more information, see ashtanga.

donation class is an int/adv class for students who are on a budget. give what you can.
