Caroline first fell in love with yoga while studying art history in graduate school. After many years as an occasional student, a lengthy hospital stay inspired her to begin a daily practice, which ultimately led to teaching. She received her 200-hour teacher training in 2016 from Barbara Verrochi and Kristin Leigh at the Shala Yoga House in New York City. That same year, she also completed Leslie Kaminoff’s year-long yoga anatomy & breath clinic. She holds an interest in the nervous system and is taking Bo Forbes’s 100-hour teacher certification on Yoga, Neuroscience, Psychology, and The Body. She currently is pursuing her master’s in acupuncture at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. Caroline believes in the transformational power of yoga and its ability to rewire the mind. She is inspired every day by her many teachers and is grateful for the small moments in life. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband and their elderly dog.
