Alana Kessler is a yoga practitioner for almost two decades, and teaching in NYC for 10 years. Her practice includes Yin Yoga, Traditional mysore style Ashtanga Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation, Ayurveda & Chinese Medicine. She holds an E-RYT through Yoga Alliance and is currently completing her 500hr Yin Yoga, Mindfulness, & Buddhist Psychology certification with her teacher and mentor Sarah Powers through the Insight Yoga Institute.
