Joanna’s goal is to help her students unite body and mind in the present moment, leaving them sweaty and calm. Her breath-based vinyasa classes heat and strengthen the physical body to prepare for relaxation and release. She is knowledgeable about restorative and yin yoga, and breathing techniques that bring about inner focus and tranquility.
