Join us for an enriching + restorative week of yoga, meditation, pranayama + more! Start your day with physically invigorating + mentally centering vinyasa classes followed by meditation + pranayama. Spend your midday resting, reading, swimming, surfing, or going on adventures. In the early evening you’ll wind down with some slow vinyasa + restorative yoga followed by a sunset swim, a consciously prepared dinner + hanging in the great evening atmosphere of Costa Rica!
