A smooth and steady yoga class will lead you into restorative yoga that is blended with a gentle acupuncture treatment to calm and relax your nervous system. Both yoga and acupuncture connect the body and the mind. By threading these two ancient practices into one experience, your spirit will be renewed and this might be your sweetest savasana yet (some experience with yoga is recommended; first-timers to acupuncture are welcome and encouraged to join). Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to class to complete a very brief acupuncture release form.
