Lara Torsky

Lara took her first yoga class over a decade ago and she has had a regular vinyasa practice since 2010. She came to yoga as a way to bring balance to her life during graduate school and over the years has seen the many benefits yoga can have physically and emotionally. She earned her 200-hour certification with The Shala in 2018 and is grateful to her teachers for their support and guidance. She lives in Brooklyn with her rescue dog, and running partner, Willow.
